Regarding the safety assessment of QSES: "F47/F42 Evaluation Service"

We provide full support for the "Voltage Drop (F47/F42) Test" faster than anywhere else, from countermeasures to report creation.

Regarding the safety evaluation of QSES, the "F47/F42 evaluation service" is a testing and evaluation service that has quickly responded to the essential item of 'voltage drop (F47/F42) testing' at the time of equipment delivery. This service simulates a scenario in semiconductor factories where the AC power supply experiences a sudden voltage drop (from half a cycle to several seconds) due to equipment failure or significant load fluctuations, and evaluates the resilience of the tested equipment under such conditions. It covers all process equipment, including etchers, CVD, CMP, cleaning machines, exhaust gas treatment devices, steppers, ion implantation devices, and automatic inspection devices, and is capable of handling equipment with large power capacities. Furthermore, we provide full support from countermeasures to report preparation. 【Features】 - Simulates a sudden voltage drop in the AC power supply to evaluate the resilience of the equipment. - Applicable to all process equipment, including etchers, CVD, CMP, cleaning machines, exhaust gas treatment devices, steppers, ion implantation devices, and automatic inspection devices. - Measurement equipment can accommodate devices up to AC200V 100A per phase, regardless of single-phase or three-phase. - Testing and evaluation can also be conducted by bringing measurement equipment to any desired location, such as a factory. - Full support from countermeasures to report preparation.
